Sumeru Digital grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable,
revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service subject to the terms and

In order to access the Service, API Consumers must register with Sumeru Digital by
completing the registration form provided via the Site. You agree to (a) provide
accurate, current, and complete information as may be prompted by the registration
forms via the Site (“Registration Data”), (b) maintain the security of your account
password, (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other
information you provide to Sumeru Digital, to keep it accurate, current, and complete
and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other
information you provide to Sumeru Digital.

agree to be fully responsible for activities or transactions that relate to your account or

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including the design, trademarks,
logos, and content, belong to Sumeru Digital. These Terms of Use permit you to use
