5.1 Data entry

Fields that are entered while doing report ghosting are:

  1. Candidate email **required**
  2. Candidate Government ID type, put ‘PAN’ static value. **requried**
  3. Candidate Government ID, Pan number.
  4. Employment-Type :
    1.  Full Time
    2.  Part Time
    3.  Consultant
    4.  Self Employed
    5.  Freelance
    6.  Internship
    7.  Trainee
    8.  Contractual 
  5. Ghosted Reason By Company (enter the key):
    1. 1 -> Candidate accepted job offer and confirmed joining date. However, the candidate did not join and nor communicated further.
    2. 2 -> Candidate accepted job offer and joined. However, the candidate absconded during the probation period.
    3. 3 -> Candidate accepted job offer and joined. However, the candidate resigned but did not serve notice period under probation period.
    4. 4 -> Employee signed a contractual agreement. However, the employee resigned from the company without honoring their compensation commitment.
    5. 5 -> Employee was working.However, the employee absconded without any communication.
    6. 6 -> Employee was working. However, the employee resigned but did not serve the notice period.
  6. Job-Role : Job role for which the candidate has applied, since it can be a dynamic value for different organizations you can refer to our platform for a list of such values that can be used. 
  7. Job-skills : Array of skills that the candidate applied for, since it can be a dynamic value for different organizations you can refer to our platform for a list of such values that can be used. 

 

If any of the above fields are not filled, an appropriate validation error is thrown for each field.

Some noticeable fields are pan card numbers, if the pan number entered is not valid then the transaction is stopped with a bad request and validation error.
